Dr. Zhanhu Guo earned his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2005. He received three-year postdoctoral training in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a Professor of Mechanical & Construction Engineering at Northumbria University Newcastle, UK. Professor Guo is a life-time Fellow of Indian Chemical Society (FICS, India), a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC, UK), a Fellow of Engineered Science Society (FESS, USA), and a Fellow of Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (FIMMM). His current research interests are in the areas of multifunctional nanocomposites research and education

Ian Baker obtained his B.A. and D. Phil. In Metallurgy and Science of Materials at the University of Oxford. He joined the Faculty of the Thayer School of Engineering Dartmouth College in 1982, where he is currently the Sherman Fairchild Professor of Engineering and Senior Associate Dean for Research and Graduate programs. He was the Director of the NIST-funded Center for Nanomaterials Research at Dartmouth from 2002-2005, and Director of the NIH-funded Center for Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence on Magnetic Hyperthermia from 2011-2016. He is a Chartered Engineer (U.K.), and a Fellow of ASM international, TMS, MRS, IOMMM and AAAS. He was Editor-in-Chief of the journal Materials Characterization from 2008-2020, and is currently the co-Editor in Chief of the journal High Entropy Alloys and Materials and the Field Chief Editor for the Journal Frontiers in Metals and Alloys. He has published around 500 papers and articles and one book entitled “Fifty Materials that Make the World”. Baker’s research interests include the mechanical properties of high entropy alloys, intermetallic compounds, snow and ice; recrystallization phenomena; Li-ion batteries, thermoelectric materials; the structure, chemistry and properties of snow, firn and ice cores; production and properties of nanocrystalline, particularly magnetic materials; nanoparticles and structural materials for biomedical applications.

Dr. Wael A. Altabey is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt. He is currently an Associate Professor and a visiting scholar at International Institute for Urban Systems Engineering (IIUSE), Southeast University, Nanjing, China. He was awarded a postdoctoral research certificate in 2018 from Southeast University, Nanjing, China after completing a postdoctoral research fellowship for two years in Artificial Intelligence (AI) based schemes for structural health monitoring (SHM), and damage detection of composite structures. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University in 2015. For the past 8 years, his research has focused on the utilization of AI-based schemes for structural health monitoring and structure dynamics in the research group of Professor Noori. He participated in several research activities, which achieved from NSFC and private sectors. He serves on various technical committees and on the editorial board of 6 international scientific journals in the field of mechanical, materials, and civil engineering. He advised more than 4 M.Sc. students and 6 Ph.D. students in the fields of AI-based schemes for structural health monitoring and structure dynamics. He is author and coauthor of more than 70 technical papers, 35 conference papers, 8 books, and 16 chapters in books and delivered over 26 invited talks. He was research scientist at Nanjing Zhixing Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Full Researcher at National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Basalt Fiber Production and Application Technology, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, for 6 years.

Torrese Patrizio is Assistant Professor in Applied Geophysics at University of Pavia, Italy, where he carries out research and teaching activity. His current research focuses on near surface geophysics, especially hydrogeophysics, archaeo- geophysics, planetary analogue study, and improvement and development of shallow geophysical methods. He participated in research projects related to groundwater contamination, circular economy for water and energy, sustainable agriculture, drought resilience improvement in vineyard ecosystems, precision viticulture, as well as, soil seismic characterisation, seismic hazard, unstable slope characterization. He was training and test campaign investigator and experiment/instrument safety responsible for PANGAEA-X European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut training campaigns. He also carried out consulting activity in civil engineering and water research projects. He is author of more than 70 peer-reviewed articles and conference papers.

Hua Ma, The Professor of Physics in China, Winner of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award, Winner of the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education. Mainly engaged in the research of theoretical physics, also the sustainable development of mankind has been considered, and some mathematical problems are considered. The main research achievements are as follows: (1) The dual mode theory of physical field was put forward and the space dimension equation was established, and thus a physical explanation for why our space is three dimensional was proposed; (2) Based on the Hamiltonian canonical equations of classical mechanics, a generalized quantum dynamic equation was established, which provides a theoretical basis for the derivation of Schrodinger equation; (3) A analytical expression of Planck constant was presented, and based on this expression, the deBroglie relation was derived theoretically, and the variability of Planck constant in gravitational field was predicted; (4) Unimodular compound structural matrix and the transformation theory are studied, the results of this study are the extension of Pauli matrix, Dirac algebra and Euler equation, thus have potential applications in mathematics and physics; (5) Two fundamental problems of particle physics are studied theoretically: the first one is to solve the problem of establishing general quantum number constrained equation, the second problem is to solve the problem of understanding singularity and calculating singular numbers, and thus the hypothesis that a composite particle may has virtual structure is proposed; (6) Propose a general method for calculating the optical properties of bimetallic alloy nanoparticles based on the classical Drude–Lorentz–Sommerfeld model, this method is effective and general and can find important applications in predicting the dielectric function and optical properties of bimetallic alloy nanoparticles; (7) Some specific Problems and Solutions of Human Sustainable Development have been summarized and analyzed; (8) A physical principle that any matter must have finite energy is first proposed, according to this principle and energy conservation principle, some physical laws with unclear reasons are explained; (9) According to the dynamic mechanics mechanism, the concepts of dynamic field force and variable field force are proposed, and the expressions of dynamic field strength and variable field strength of massless field with motion and change state are established; Inspired by the dynamic mechanism, the magnetic effect of electric field in essence can be explained, and the possibility of gravitational magnetic effect under the moving state of gravity is predicted.

Fawang Liu is a Professor in the Applied and computational mathematics discipline at Queensland University of Technology. He received his MSc from Fuzhou University, China in 1982 and his PhD from Trinity College, Ireland in 1991, respectively. Since graduation, he has worked in computational and applied mathematics at Fuzhou University (he was promoted as Associate Professor on 1988), Trinity College Dublin, Xiamen University (First-class Professor), University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology (from 17 September, 1991). Professor Liu has made important contributions to the fields including numerical methods and theoretical analysis of the fractional differential equations, modelling anomalous transport, computational modelling of the human heart, implement adaptive image enhancement using fractional differential algorithms, a unifying framework for distributed-order fractional models, propagation of electrical signals in the white matter of the human brain, fractional dynamical models for MRI to probe tissue microstructure, parameter estimation for fractional dynamical models arising from biological systems, fractional viscoelastic Non-Newtonian fluids, computational finance, nanofluids for industrial applications, semiconductor device equations, microwave heating problems, gas-solid reactions, singular perturbation problem and saltwater intrusion into aquifer systems. Professor Liu is an international recognised expert and a leading researcher in the field of numerical methods and theoretical analysis for fractional dynamical systems. He has published over 350 papers in these fields. In 2012, Professor Liu won the prestigious Mittag-Leffler Award for his outstanding contributions to the field of Fractional Derivatives and their Applications. He has been award “Outstanding Achievements Recognition Award” by ACEMS in 2019. He has supervised more than 30 PhD students and Master of Philosophy students, and 40 visiting fellows on fractional dynamical models and applications. Bruno Carpentieri obtained a Laurea degree in Applied Mathematics in 1997 from Bari University. Then he furthered his Ph.D. studies in Computer Science at the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse (INPT), France. After a post-doctoral appointment at the Institute of Mathematics and Scientific Computing, University of Graz, and as a consultant for an European project in cardiac modelling at CRS4 in Sardinia, Italy, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Bernoulli Institute for Mathematics, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, University of Groningen, and as a Reader in Applied Mathematics at the School of Science and Technology, Nottingham Trent University in UK. Since May 2017 he is helding an Associate Professor appointment in Applied Mathematics at the Faculty of Enguineering, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy. His research interests are in the field of Applied Mathematics, Numerical Linear Algebra with Applications, High-Performance Scientific Computing. Bruno Carpentieri served as a member of the scientific advisory board of several conference panels in computational mathematics and high-performance scientific computing. He is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Applied Mathematics, an Editorial Committee Member of Mathematical Reviews (American Mathematical Society) and a reviewer of about thirty scientific journals in numerical analysis and scientific computing. He has supervised 20 students projects at BSc, MSc, PhD level. He is the author of over fifty publications appeared in peer-reviewed scientific journals and Associate Editor of five books.

PhD in the Energy Planning Program (PPE) of the Alberto Luiz Coimbra Institute of Graduate Studies and Research in Engineering (COPPE) of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, is a Petroleum Engineer from the Industrial University of Santander and has a Master's degree in Science and Polymer Technology of the Institute of Macromolecules Professor Eloisa Mano of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2018). He was a professor in the Petroleum Engineering course at the Fluminense Federal University. He works mainly in the lines of research, well engineering: completion and drilling and stimulation of wells and insertion of renewable energies in the oil industry. He worked as a professional in the 18953 project signed between the Laboratory of Macromolecules and Colloids applied in the oil industry of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the Research Center of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (PETROBRAS). He was an Associate Professor at the Fundación Universidad de América in Bogotá, Colombia in the Department of Energy and is currently an assistant professor of the Petroleum Exploration and Production Engineering program at the Federal University of Pará in Brazil.

Professor Chu received his Ph.D. from the Department of Materials Science & Engineering at National Tsing-Hua University in 2004. Then, he joined the University of California, Berkeley, as a postdoc. In 2008, he acquired an assistant professorship in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering at National Chiao Tung University. He was promoted to associate professor in 2015 and then to professor in 2018. In 2019, he was appointed as a distinguished professor. Since 2013, he has had an adjunct position at the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica. In 2014 he started an adjunct position in the Department of Electrophysics at National Chiao Tung University. From 2016 to 2018, he had an adjunct appointment at Material and Chemical Research Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute, and the International College of Semiconductor Technology at National Chiao Tung University. In 2019, he was appointed associate editor with ACS Applied Electronic Materials. In 2022, he returned to National Tsing Hua University as a professor. In 2022 summer, he was promoted to a distinguished professor and appointed as the director of the Center for Nanotechnology, Materials Science, and Microsystems. His research focuses on complex functional oxides and strongly correlated electron systems. He has extensive experience using advanced characterization techniques to understand and manipulate functional oxide heterostructures, nanostructures, and interfaces. He aims to create a pathway to use high-quality oxide heteroepitaxy for soft transparent technology. He is a pioneer with the most published in this research direction. Prof. Andriychuk received the M.Sc. degree in computational mathematics from the Lviv National University, the Ph.D. degree in application of computational techniques from the Kyiv National University, and the D.Sc. degree in mathematical modelling from the National University Lviv Polytechnic in 1976, 1987, and 2015, respectively. He is with the Pidstryhach Institute for Applied Problems of Mechanics and Mathematics (IAPMM), Lviv, Ukraine, more than 40 years. He was employed as the engineer programmer, young scientist, scientist, and senior scientist. Currently, he is the Head of Department of the Numerical Methods in Mathematical Physics at the IAPMM. Now, he is in a position of professor at the National University Lviv Polytechnic, Lviv, Ukraine. In 1996, he received the academic status “senior scientist” in the computational mathematics. His professional performance includes more than 200 papers in the scientific journals and international conference proceedings, which concern to the EM wave scattering and antenna synthesis theory, optimization methods and nonlinear integral and matrix equations. He is co-author of the monograph "The antenna synthesis according to the amplitude radiation pattern. Numerical Methods and Algorithms" (Kiev, Ukraine, Naukova Dumka Publ., 1993), author of the monograph “Antenna Synthesis through the Characteristics of Desired Amplitude” (Newcastle, UK, Cambridge Scholars Publ., 2019), and the academic editor of three books published in the InTech Open Publishing House. Prof. Andriychuk served the IEEE Ukraine Section (West) MTT/ED/AP/EP/SSC Societies Joint Chapter during a long period as the Chapter chairman.
