Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors. In 1980, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University with MD. From 1980 through 1983 has been working as Res Associate, and from 1983 through 1985 as Senior Res Associate at the Inst of Medicical Enzymology, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. In 1985, maintained his PhD at the Sechenov University. From 1986 through 1989, has been working as Senior Res Associ- ate at the Koltzov Institute of Dev Biology, USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1989 through 1994, was a Director of the Division of Clinical Immunology &Immunobiotechnology, Helmholtz Eye Res Institute in Moscow. In 1989-1993, was trained at the NEI, NIH, Bethesda, MD, USA, and Wills Eye Hos- pital, Philadelphia, PA, USA, as well as at some of the British universities on the invi- tation of the Royal Society for Immunology. In 1993-1996, was an Executice Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board, Biomedi- cal Science, an int journal published jointly by the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK. From 1994 through 2006, was a Director (full-time job) of the Division for Clinical Immunology & Immunobiotechnology, Vladimiskii Moscow Clinical Research Insti- tute (MONIKI), and The Clinical Immunology Physician-in-Chief (quater-time job) of the Moscow region. In 2002, maintained his Doctor’s Degree at the National Institute of Immunology, Russia. In 1999, was working as a Clinical Immunology Physician (quater-time job) at the “Ehinacea” Clinical Center in Moscow, Russia. From 2006 through 2014, was The First Vice-President (full-time job) responsible for Personalized and Precision Immunology of The University of World Politics and Law, Moscow, Russia. From 2000 through 2007, was collaborating with some US and European Healthcare and Pharma companies (half-time job) staying in Moscow, Russia. From 2003 through 2021, was a Professor (quator-time job) of the Dept for Clinical Human Pathology of Sechenov University,Moscow, Russia. From 2007 through 2021, is a Professor (quator-time job) of the Dept for Clinical Al- lergology & Immunology of A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine & Dentistry, Moscow, Russia. From 2014 through 2021, was a Professor and Director (full-time job) of the Dept (since 2016 The Center) for Personalized & Precision Medicine of Sechenov Univer- sity,Moscow, Russia. From 2021 through 2021, is a Professor and Chair (full-time job) of the Dept for Per- sonalized Medicine, Precision Nutriology & Biodesign of the Institute for Biotecholo- gy & Global Health of the RosBioTech National University, Russia. I am Board of Council and Former Deputy President ...

I am Board of Council and Former Deputy President at Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) and OB Chair World Technology University Network (WTUN) and Professor at the Graduate School of Science andEngineering / College of Engineering. My main task is to transform SIT into a high rank university. To accomplish this goal, I have been working and further designed several innovative programs to enhance global initiatives for SIT. For instance, global project based learning (gPBL), advanced project based learning (aPBL), Ph.D innovative program, publication based internship program, sakura science program, high school internship program as these programs are crucial towards global ranking projects. I aminterested in applications and technology of bulk single-grain superconductors; thus, I had developed a new class of mixed LRE-123 system which can be used up to 15 T at 77 K and high temperatures up to 90.2 K. I also developed a novel technology to produce a RE-123 type silver sheathed wire on the basis of solid state / liquid phase reaction. I have developed bulk MgB2 with enhanced superconducting properties, paving the way to affordable superconducting magnets for medical and transportation applications. I am successful my intellectual mindset enabled me to produce a small type superconducting bulk magnet which is useful to magnetize both high-Tc superconducting materials and magnetic materials in a variety of industrial applications. Further, I also contributed to develop technology for the development of DC Superconducting Cable for Railway system applications. I have made notable advancements in the production of nano-scale particles using Ultrasonic techniques. This breakthrough has greatly enhanced the cryomagnetic performance of the low-cost MgB2 magnet, for which I have recently filed a patent. This development is of utmost importance for various sectors, including healthcare, transportation, and power applications, as it enables the creation of cost-effective products. Additionally, nano-sized boron particles play a critical role in numerous applications such as superconductors, semiconductors, and explosives. Elemental boron, due to its exceptional volumetric heat of combustion and other advantageous characteristics, serves as an excellent choice for wide range of industrial applications. I am an author and co-author for more than 550 research items including patents, books, review-articles, articles, press release etc., and delivered over 150 oral presentations including plenary and invited ones. I hold several Japanese national and international patents. Awards: Young Scientist Project Award, DST-Govt. of India (1995), Director’s Award, SRL-ISTEC (1998 and 2003), 1999 PASREG Award of Excellence (1999), Best Presentation Award at the IWCC11 (2003), Best Researcher Award, ISTEC-SRL (2007 and 2008), Best Researcher Award, Railway Technical Research Institute (2012), the Amity Global Academic Excellence Award (2017), Engineering Education Award for Contribution in Higher Education (2018), SIT Excellent Education Award (2019) by President. IAAM Fellow (2020), Vebleo Fellow (2021), Best Faculty Award (2021), Pravasi Bharatiya Summan Award by President, Govt. of India(2021),SIT Chairman’s Award (2021), Incredible Academician of World Award (2022). I am an Editor-in-Chief and Editorial board member of several international journals. Currently I am adjunct professor including Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), visiting professor and international advisor for several universities in worldwide.

Taught Analytical Chemistry, Reactivity and Analysis of surfaces, Environmental Chemistry at the University of Florence and Analytical Chemistry I and II, Advanced Analytical Chemistry at the University of Siena. The research activity is focused on nanomaterials obtainable by electrochemical and used in the field of electrocatalysis, energy and sensors. In recent years much attention has been given to the preparation of substrates for electrodeposition of interest for applications in the field of fuel cells and the solar cells. To note the recent results in the field of surface analysis obtained by combining electrochemical techniques with surface techniques microscopic spectroscopy. In particular the use of synchrotron radiation and atomic force microscopy in electrochemical environment has allowed us to characterize and study in-situ numerous films electrodeposited of technological interest. Relevant is also the research and industrial development in the field of Applied Galvanic and analysis of surface to obtain many industrial contracts (In the years 2015-2023 about 4000000 Euro of Industrial Research Contracts and Projects for more than 10.000.000 Euro). Recently played courses like Electroplating, Plating and Surface Analysis in several major companies in the fashion industry such as Gucci, Jessica, Bluclad, Arezzo Innovation, UNOAERRE,Freschi&Vangelisti, Oroplac, LEM and Yves Saint Laurent. The research activity resulted in 231 scientific publications and more than 400 communications at national and international conferences (more than 80 like invited); Hindex=38. In this area he has been organizer of national and international congresses and symposia. Since May 2013 he is Associate Editor for the journal Coatings. (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/coatings) and from October 2016 he is Members fo Editorial Board for Scientific Reports - Nature. From January 2013 he was elected member of the Executive Council-the group interdivisional Chemistry for Renewable Energy (EnerChem) for 2013-2015.From January 2016 he was elected for the second time, a member of the Executive of the Chemistry-interdivisional group Council for Renewable Energy (EnerChem) for triennio2016-2018. Since July 2013, "ESRF REVIEW COMMITTEE MEMBER" at the Synchrotron of Grenoble for the years 2013-2016. In the years 2014-2015 was guest editor for the special issue "Metal nanocatalysts in Green Synthesis and Energy Applications" for the journal Molecules. Since 2019 to 2022 he has been elected coordinator of the Group "Analytical Spectroscopy" for the Division of Analytical Chemistry.He has taken part in various research projects at the Synchrotron of Grenoble and Trieste. Innocenti is member at large in ECS Division of Electrodeposition, member of SCI (Italian Society of Chemistry). in October 2023 won the Research Award in the field of electroplating division for the ElectroChemical Society (ECS) for his outstanding contributions in the field of electrodeposition of metals or metal alloys in the field of fashion and metal accessories. It is noticeable to mention the international collaborations with the Universities of Ulm (Germany), Athens (Georgia, USA), S. Carlos (Brazil), Krakow (Poland).

His current researches include modeling and simulation of the micro/nano fabrication processes, in situ extraction of material parameters for MEMS/NEMS, MEMS design methods, etc.. The simulation tools for MEMS fabrication processes developed by Prof. Zhou’s group have been applied in some famous companies, such as Intel Corporation (USA), and Fujitsu Limited (Japan), etc.. Furthermmore, a series of on-line test structures of MEMS material parameters have been applied in Wuxi CSMC Semiconductor Co. Ltd., contributing to the success of China's MEMS industry entering the stage of large-scale production. Prof. Zhou has co-authored 2 scientific books, 4 chapters in scientific books, more than120 peer-reviewed international journal and conference papers, and authorized 32 Chinese invention patentsand 10 softwarecopyrights.Prof. Zhou participated in thedevelopment of 2 national standards and promoted the application of basic researchachievements. He was the winner of the Second Class Prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award (ranking 2, 2019), the Second Class Prize of the Science and Technology Progress of Jiangsu Province (ranking 2, 2018), the Second Class Prize of the Technology Invention of the Ministry of Education (ranking 2, 2013), the Second Class Prize of the Science and Technology Progress of Jiangsu Province (ranking 2, 2009),etc.. He hasalso served as TPC member for Asia-Pacific Conference of Transducers and Micro-Nano Technology (APCOT)from 2014, and as referee for several reputable journals in MEMS area such as Journal of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics, Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, IEEE Sensors Journal, Sensors and Actuators, and IEEE Trans. CAD, etc..
